Itinerary
Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your Nairobi hotel, residence, or airport. Depart Nairobi and travel southwest towards the Masai Mara, passing through the scenic Great Rift Valley.
Continue through the Kenyan countryside and arrive at the Masai Mara around lunchtime. Check in at your lodge or camp and enjoy lunch before setting out on your first afternoon game drive.
Explore the open savannah in search of elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, cheetahs, and other wildlife. As the afternoon progresses, enjoy the changing colors of the Mara before returning to your accommodation for dinner.
Overnight: Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, set out for a full day of game viewing in the Masai Mara with a picnic lunch.
Your guide will explore different sections of the reserve in search of the Big Five and other wildlife. The Mara is particularly famous for its large lion prides, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, and enormous herds of wildebeest and zebras.
During the migration season, you may have the opportunity to witness the spectacular movement of wildebeest and zebra across the Mara ecosystem.
Return to camp in the late afternoon for dinner and a relaxing evening around the camp.
Optional: Early morning hot-air balloon safari followed by a bush breakfast, or a Maasai cultural village visit.

Day 03 :
Masai Mara – Nairobi
Wake early for your final game drive in the Masai Mara. The morning is an excellent time to search for wildlife as predators are often active and the cooler temperatures make for comfortable game viewing.
Return to the lodge for breakfast before checking out and beginning your journey back to Nairobi.
Travel through Narok and the Great Rift Valley, arriving in Nairobi in the late afternoon. You will be dropped off at your hotel, residence, or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport according to your onward travel arrangements.
